The ACA team has an exclusive agreement with radio station WVGB-FM in Beaufort, South Carolina, to provide innovative radio programming, including dynamic radio-talk show interviews with people from all walks of life with interesting challenges, victories and inspirations.
The Vision Series has segments labeled for differing guest categories, as follows:
Doctor Vison for doctoral professions, occupations and trades.
Journey Vision for non-doctoral professions, occupations and trades.
ACA Fellows, and Supporters have included early, mid and late career people from around the nation in varied professons, occupations, and trades.
The program is currently 15 - 20 minutes by either monologue or dialogue.
The monologue platform is called PRO-Talk and is similar to a TED Talk where the guest presents a topic for the listening audience to be informed, educated, and inspired.
In the dialogue format, called DUO-Talk, there is a 15 minute talk show interview between the host and guest which is similar to an NPR conversation. Again, the objective is for the listening audience to be informed, educated, and inspired.
Guests hailed from over 20 states, and have been from many fields, including education, research, athletics, law, medicine, business, music, and comedy. We encourage participation from all walks of life.
Those guests desiring Fellowship status will submit an application to the ACA Credentialing Committee for endorsement as a Fellow of the American Communications Academy. The FACA can be used as post-designatory letters should the recipient choose to do so.

The ACA believes that Black History month fails to capture the true contribution of Americans of African descent to American culture 365 days per year.
Americans of African descent have contributed to the success of this country every day since the inception of slavery.
Areas of contribution are manifest throughout the society - medicine, law, science, education, music, agriculture, the arts, politics, religion, sports, business - to name a few.
This broadcast segment provides 104 vignettes of the contribution of inventors and innovators to American culture by Americans of African descent. The broadcasts are done throughout the day presenting 1 inventor, and 1 innovator/contributor each week.

The American Communications Academy (ACA) team has an exclusive agreement with station WVGB-FM in Beaufort, South Carolina, to provide innovative radio programming, including training in hosting of radio broadcasts and podcasts.
Training is done through the Academy's Clinical Broadcast Institute (CBI).
The 12 Fundamental's of Broadcasting is the Academy's training manual for guests on the show.

The team at CBI promotes the ACA belief that "effective communication inspires better living."
Radio and podcasting are considered by many to be “Theater of the Mind.” Our team believes it is “Theater for the mind."
To that end, CBI has developed a virtual education program in the art and science of radio station broadcasting and podcasting.
