The Americlin(R) Communication Academy(tm) is an organization of people with a passion for developing and delivering radio programming of many varieties. More specifically, The Americlin(R) Communication Academy(tm) recruits talented guests for the development and deployment of health related talk shows, presentations, advertisements, announcements for on-air broadcasting.
The Academy is owned by the Americlin(R) Broadcast Communications Company.
Broadcasting is done locally by tower transmitter, and globally by an internet operating platform.
The work of The Americlin(R) Communication Academy(tm) is done primarily by Fellows of The Americlin(R) Communication Academy(tm) under the leadership of a Chief Medical Officer. Fellowship is granted by application to, and approval by, the Academy's Membership Committee.
Throughout this website, The Americlin(R) Communication Academy(tm) will be recognized by either The Americlin(R) Communication Academy(tm), The Communication Academy, The Academy, or ACA.
The Americlin(R) Broadcast Communications Company (tm) (ACA) team has an exclusive agreement with radio station WVGB-FM in Beaufort, South Carolina, to provide innovative radio programming, which may include daily public health emergency updates, periodic Townhall Forums, the Vision Series radio talk show segment, the Contributions of African Americans to American Culture segment, Health Awareness presentations, and 3 minute clinical segments on important chronic disease management conditions (obesity, smoking, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, cancer, emergency care, public health, mental health, substance abuse, etc.).
The objectives of the ACA are five-fold:
Clinical programming is developed and aired through the Office of Medical Correspondence which is headed by the Chief Medical Correspondent who reports to the General Manager.
All fundraising is done through the Office of Development which is headed by the Chief Development Officer who reports to the General Manager.
Fellowship (FACA) in the Americlin(R) Communication Academy(tm) (FACA) is an honor and privilege. The ACA's work is intended to inform, educate and inspire the listening audience locally the radio station WVGB-FM tower transmitter in Beaufort, South Carolina, and globally by an Internet Operating Platform.
Guests choose to participate in either, or both, of the following 2 formats:
Duo-Talk - which is a host moderated interview.
Pro-Talk - which is speaker presentation without host moderation.

While the work of the Academy is an honor and privilege, there is no charge to participate in the Americlin(R) Communication Academy(tm) (ACA). Participation in the Academy is by application of an individual, or a corporation, to the Academy's Membership Committee.
